I was asked to write a piece of throught leadership that would help with BBDO and Proximity Singapore seen as a forward-thinking shop in terms of technology.
I proposed to talk about APIs. APIs were not a common topic at the time but I know from a technologist perspective that this would be critically more important.
I wrote the paper below as well as the visualization of the current state vs expected future of digital experiences. BBDO NY helped me design it.
