ComfortDelGro is a Singapore based multi-model land transport giant.
Their brief was to be first to market with a “Mobile Lifestyle aaS” proposition, built off a sustainable business model. Their target is a million users.
In 6 months, we defined the business strategy, the product strategy, the design, the full technology solution architecture. We went on to design and build the product (frontend, backend, data architecture).
The mobile development team was made of 15+ engineers across Singapore, Indonesia, Dublin, NY and Sao Paulo.
We also used Flutter to bring this app to life, a first at R/GA and possibly globally for a project of this scale.
I led the product and implementation of Zig.
